Our home is about 30 years old and we are the original owners. As you might have guessed, or figured out because this review is on a plumbing site, we wanted to redo one of the bathrooms. Several plumbing websites and reviews were checked and we landed in this one, R & R Plumbing. The highest percentage of reviews were complimentary of this company, the employees, and most importantly the finished work product.Eddie came to the house and provided us with a reasonable quote for the job. He was extremely personable and seemed knowledgeable in his trade. We were so impressed with Eddie that we scheduled the installation of the new tub/shower combination. Eddie showed up on time with his co-worker Cody. Cody was also very professional and personable and they both seemed to enjoy their job. They both maintained a positive and friendly attitude throughout the day.
At the end of the day we were really pleased with the installation. Eddie and Cody exceeded our expectations. We thought this process was going to be a huge headache and it really wasn’t!
These guys are awesome!!! We had water/grossness coming up from the drain in our laundry room and needed some help fast. I called R&R after randomly finding them from a google search. Kristen set me up with an appointment-she was lovely-
and EDDIE came by, on time, found what the problem was, and we are now problem-free! They send you texts saying when they are on the way, which was appreciated! Eddie was pleasant, kept us informed every step of the way and went out of his way to make sure the problem was taken care of in a timely manner. He and his partner (I’m sorry I don’t know his name) were wonderful!If you have *any* plumbing needs, look no further! Call R&R and they’ll sort you out!! Thanks R&R!
